How much is the shipping?

The shipping cost depends on your location and the size of the package. Shipping inside EU is approximately 15-25 €. Shipping to outside of EU is approximately 40-75 €.

What is your processing time?

Our processing time change repeatedly. For customized costumes it’s approximately 6-10 weeks. For customized skirts and accessories it’s 1-3 weeks. Shipping time is approximately 2-5 business days.

Do you have group discounts?

Yes, you can have -5 % if ordering more than one costume. Please see more information from here.

How much are the costumes without decorations?

You can have approximately 50-70 € off from the original price if ordering a costume without any decorations.

Do you accept returns?

Made to order products cannot be returned unless the costume does not fit properly. Case by case consideration will be used. Please see the terms and conditions.
