How to place an order

- What would you like to have?
- How soon would you need the products?
- Pictures, color wishes, sketches, ideas
- The country you live
- Budget if you have (please check the estimated pricing here)
2. We will answer you as soon as possible and reserve a slot for you
We can discuss about the details and give you estimated pricing options and date estimate for the making and shipping of your costume. Once the price and timeline is agreed, we might ask a deposit payment (100€) that secures your slot and covers the sketching and planning process.
3. Sketching, planning and material sourcing
We will make one or multiple sketches and give you material options and samples making sure that you are satisfied with the design. After everything is approved, you will receive PayPal invoice. In this phase we would need:
- final decisions about the colors and designs
- Final payment
- Measurements
4. We will update you about the making progress
Make sure you check your email, we may need extra information about the details. You can contact us whenever you need and ask about your order.
5. Packing and delivery
We will pack your costumes carefully and ship them via DHL express, Posti, Postnord or FedEx international to the address you have given. As you have received the order we would be happy to hear feedback about the fit, quality, look or anything else. Please let us know the following details for the delivery:
- Phone number
- Street address
- Check your local tariff costs / duty fees. Customer will always pay these fees.
