Sold per metre. Soft and smooth ballet tulle that is suitable for the outer layers of tutus and romantic tutus. Mix with medium stiff net for romantic tutus and bell tutus. Commonly used for wedding dresses and as veiling tulle too. Extra smooth texture.
Ruffles and settles beautifully. No steam needed. Easy to dye with acid colors.
