Instruction is for a basic 6-8 layered fully stretch ruffled pancake/bell tutu skirt. It is designed for 4-way-stretch materials such as lycra or power-net. This tutu skirt can be made as a pull-on version or with opening in the back. Instruction can be used for performance tutus and with our bodice patterns as well.
• Basic sewing skills are recommended but this pattern suits for sewists with less experience.
