• Opens from the back with hooks and eyes, from waist to the low hip
• 5-9 layers of pleated stiff tulle and 1 soft ruffled overlay (6-10 layers in total)
• Mesh panty
• With 9 layers, the panty is covered with soft ruffles for the most classical look
• Adjustable panty elastics
• Hooping
• Elegant semi-stretch waistband, classic or wrap design
