Fall in love with the enchanted, soft appearance of this classical tutu, suitable for roles like Aurora, Sugarplum Fairy, Dulcinea, Sleeping Beauty fairies and Paquita. The elegant powder pink/champagne color was selected for this tutu, as it highlights the softness of these feminine and classical variations. The color is so fair that the costume is very ideal for bridal roles as well, such as Aurora’s wedding, Swanhilda’s wedding and Don Quixote’s bridesmaids.

The tutu bodice is made with a matte, slightly stretchy woven material. This stretch allows for some variation in body type and measurements. The tutu is decorated all around with brocade appliques, traditional embroidery, rhinestones and pearl arrangements. It has delicate off-shoulder ruffle sleeves and a deep neckline covered with tulle. The tutu opens from the back with hooks and eyes. The skirt is hooped and has seven beautifully voluminous skirt layers, connected to a stretch lycra panty that has adjustable leg hole elastics and soft panty ruffles.

This premium piece is carefully hand-crafted in our studio in Helsinki, Finland. It is built with professional ballet tutu making techniques and with the highest quality materials.

Caring Instructions

After use, shake the tutu gently upside down to release pressure, and let it dry flat on the floor or with the skirt tilted 90 degrees, in a ventilated space.

• The tulle may soften from heat and moisture, so it is important to let it harden back after use.
• The skirt is sensitive to pressing forces, so the resting position after use has to be neutral.

Avoid ironing and steaming the tutu skirt. Any heat, water or pressure can damage the tulle so that the skirt may lose its beautiful volume.

• To get rid of wrinkles, pull the tulle straight with your hands and wait for a while.
• For bad wrinkles, a very careful steam can be applied.

When storing the tutu, tilt the skirt 90 degrees to a vertical position and wear to a hanger.

• To help the skirt stay in this position, feed a ribbon through the leghole and tie it to the hanger, or put a strong safety pin in the skirt and put it through the hanger hook.
• Never let the tutu skirt hang like a regular dress.
